About these terms
These terms apply when you book lessons, workshops or lesson packages with Singing with Charlotte (Charlotte de Quervain). By booking, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, please ask before you book.
Booking & payment
Lessons can be booked as single sessions or as discounted blocks of 5 or 10 lessons. Payment is taken securely at the time of booking through Stripe. A free initial consultation is available before you commit to lessons.
Lesson packages
When you buy a 5- or 10-lesson block, you receive a personal booking link by email and book each lesson when it suits you. Package credits are intended to be used within a reasonable period; please book your lessons in good time.
Cancellations & rescheduling
If you need to cancel or move a lesson, please give as much notice as possible so the time can be offered to someone else. The notice period and any charge for late cancellations or missed lessons will be confirmed when you book. If you miss your lesson without giving any notice, you are not entitled to a refund. If I ever need to cancel a lesson, we will reschedule it or I will refund it.
Online lessons
For online lessons you will need a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet space. I am not responsible for issues caused by your own equipment or connection.
Workshops
Group workshops for schools, clubs and parties are arranged individually. Numbers, location, timing and price are agreed in advance, and any custom discount is confirmed in writing.
Suitability & conduct
Lessons are open to students aged 6 and over and to all levels. For students under 18, a parent or guardian arranges and is responsible for the booking. I ask that lessons stay a respectful and supportive space for everyone.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits my liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, my liability in connection with lessons is limited to the amount you have paid for them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
